Corporate and Community Supporters

A critical element of the EUACS educational program will be the Big Picture's Learning Through Internship program (LTI). Believing that students are best motivated to learn when their work has significance in the larger world, each student at EUACS (beginning in ninth grade) will participate in an internship with an expert Mentor in a field of the student's interest. Employment Opportunities

We are presently looking for passionate, resilient teachers who will follow 17 students for 2-4 years as a full-time advisor. While we certainly expect teachers to exhibit mastery in their content area, Eastern Academy teachers will also be expected to encompass a broad academic base, capable of focusing on all disciplines. In addition, teachers will play a pivotal role in establishing a college-going culture at the school, particularly since students will have the opportunity to earn up to 60 college credits.
