This post-Master's credential is designed for currently enrolled students who have completed at least two years of coursework in the PhD in Organizational Leadership program. To be eligible for the CAGS, students must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 36 credits in the PhD in Organizational Leadership program at Eastern University
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00

Upon completion, the CAGS will be designated on the student's transcript. To receive a hard copy certificate, the application below must be submitted along with the application fee.
