Megan Briggs

Adjunct Professor of Psychology


 

Megan Briggs, M.A., obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Taylor University and masters degree in Counseling & Human Services from the University of Colorado. She has spent significant time studying and serving outside of the United States in Israel/Palestine, Thailand and Africa. Megan worked as a Mobile Therapist/Behavior Specialist with families and in schools before her role as Program Coordinator with Girls on the Run, a non-profit teaching social emotional skills to girls in third-eighth grade. She currently works as an independent consultant organizing and facilitating civil conversations building relational bridges across social and ideological differences. For several years, Megan has been serving on the Board of Directors of Interfaith Philadelphia and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committees at her local school district, North Penn. She lives in Lansdale, PA with her husband and two sons.
