Eunmin Woo
Dr. Eunmin Woo is an adjunct professor at Eastern University with a Doctor of Musical Arts in violin performance from Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University, where she also completed her Master of Music degree. She holds a Bachelor in Music from the University of Puget Sound where she studied with Dr. Maria Sampen and attended Interlochen Arts Academy. A Suzuki certified teacher, Woo privately instructs high school students in New Jersey and Washington state, where her students have achieved notable positions in orchestras and won solo/ensemble competitions. She has studied under prominent musicians including Carmit Zori, Nikki Chooi, Maria Larionoff, Simon James, and members of the Philadelphia Orchestra. Woo frequently performs with Symphony in C and serves as a section violinist with the Albany Symphony and Berkshire Opera Festival. Woo plays a 1717 Jacques Boquay violin.
