Patricia is a dedicated professional holding a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and recently earned her MBA from Eastern University.  She has honed her expertise in Data Refinement and Reconciliation and currently is serving in the Business Intelligence division of a federal student loan servicer.  She leverages her academic background and practical experience to ensure accuracy and efficiency is provided to stakeholders.  Beyond her career, she is deeply passionate about service work, actively seeking opportunities to give back to her community and make a positive impact on those around her.
