Eastern University’s flexible, affordable, and accredited Online Master of Social Work (MSW) prepares students to be competent, advanced generalist social work practitioners who bring knowledge, skills, and compassion to a wide variety of careers.
Program Details:
- Location: 100% Online
- Note: Internship placements are in-person at a location near you.
- Delivery: Coursework can be completed at your own pace with guided assignment dates and deadlines within 7-week terms.

- Length:
- Traditional Track: 2 years (60 credits)
- Advanced Standing: Only 1 year (30 credits) for students who qualify (must have a BSW from an accredited school conferred within the last 5 years)
- Cost for 2024-2025: $450/credit for tuition plus $30/credit in fees
- $28,800 total in tuition and fees for our 2-year MSW program
- $14,400 total in tuition and fees for students admitted to the Advanced Standing MSW program
- $1,440 to register for a 3-credit course taken beyond the required credits.
