Justin A Tomevi, Esq.
Justin is a partner in Barley Snyder’s Litigation Practice Group. He assists businesses, institutions and individuals in identifying and managing litigation risk, resolving disputes and achieving their objectives. Justin frequently navigates challenges on behalf of his clients in both state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Based on his strong local connections, he regularly serves as local counsel to assist attorneys in successfully navigating courts in the region. He also serves as outside general counsel to many small and midsize businesses in the region. Justin focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate litigation, fiduciary litigation and banking litigation.
Outside of the firm, Justin serves as general counsel for the YMCA of the Roses and as Secretary of its Corporate Board of Directors. In addition, Justin teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Messiah University and Eastern University. He previously served as Supervisor of Springettsbury Township, as Vice Chairman Commissioner of the York Area United Fire and Rescue, and as a board member of the York JCC.
Justin has been recognized by the Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forums and as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star each year since 2016. He was named to Central Penn Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 list based on his professional accomplishments, community service and commitment to inspiring change. Justin has been named a Thomson Reuters Stand-out Lawyer, which recognizes attorneys for their ability to improve client satisfaction, increase client advocacy, strengthen brands, enhance people engagement and increase profits.
Justin earned his J.D. (Business Law concentration) from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law where he graduated with honors and his B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Eastern University where he graduated summa cum laude.
