Tangi James-Boone
Tangi is an entrepreneur, talent and organizational development strategist, professional facilitator, Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and University educator teaching marketing, management, leadership, and career professional development. She brings a portfolio background of over two decades leading corporate learning, training and development initiatives, and consulting for Fortune 500 companies across various industries (financial services, pharmaceutical, retail, telecommunications, media, educational services and faith-based organizations).
Tangi James-Boone founded two firms Run With Horses, LLC (a strategic consulting and training company focused on the development of staff, professionals, leaders, sales management, and teams). In 2015 she launched Tangi Talks, a career and life coaching practice. She is known for her engaging approach of connecting with people in an authentic, insightful and down to earth way that creates dynamic and productive partnerships to achieve professional and personal agendas. She has a unique ability to recognize and systematically approach problems with an eye towards innovation and optimization.

Tangi James-Boone is an incoming Doctoral Candidate at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. She serves on the Board of Directors for Variety, The Children’s Charity of the Greater Delaware Valley, and holds the position of Secretary. She was also the past Co-Chair of RISE Nonprofit. Tangi is the proud wife of Samuel R. Boone, a law enforcement officer and an Eastern Alumni, mother of three daughters and a member of International Coaches Federation (ICF) and Delta Sigma Theta, Inc., an International Public Service Sorority.
