Theresa Noye is a passionate leader dedicated to equipping others with the tools to thrive—spiritually, academically, and personally. For over 30 years, she has shaped the lives of thousands of students at Eastern University, serving in various roles, including her current position as Director of the Goode Scholars Program and Multicultural Student Initiatives. She finds her greatest joy in helping others recognize their true worth, clearing doubts and fears so they can embrace their unique gifts and step boldly into new opportunities.

Beyond the campus, Theresa empowers high achievers to break free from stress and burnout through her Radical Soul Care Framework, teaching them how to prioritize their well-being without guilt. A Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business graduate and recipient of Eastern’s 2020 Lamplight Society Award, she is also an autism awareness advocate and author of Hello Autism: How to Love, Like, and Learn from Your Special Needs Child. At the heart of her work is a deep belief that every soul is meant to live fully in the abundance that is ours by divine right—through an unshakable connection with God, self, and others.
