Augusta has served as a DSO, PDSO, ARO, and RO at Eastern University for the past decade.  Her responsibilities include both undergraduate and graduate international students from all branch campuses.  With her personal experience as a former international student at Eastern University and rich experience in the professional field, she provides exceptional services and is able to make students feel comfortable and welcome.  In her role, she often brings a sense of warmth and care and makes students feel they are understood and heard.   Many international student graduates have become part of her global family, whom she treasures.
