Dr. Westgate is an Adjunct Faculty for the Department of Social Transformation, teaching at the undergraduate level in the sociology program. Dr. Westgate has over 15 years’ experience working in community and social service programs and faith-based not-for-profit organizations. Her prior work includes teaching across educational levels, training, and coaching and consulting for individuals in leadership positions, entrepreneurs, and small-to-medium NFPs.
