Franklin Oikelome is a full Professor in the College of Business and Leadership at Eastern University, Pennsylvania, where he teaches leadership and management in the PhD in Organizational Leadership Program. He graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with a PhD in Employment Relations. 

His research interests lie in the interconnecting fields of employment, migration, inequality and exclusion and his works have been published in several peer reviewed journals. His publications have won distinguished awards including "Emerald Literati Network’s Awards for Excellence" and the "Emerald Management Review’s Citation of Excellence Award". 

Previous organizations he's worked for include Africa Petroleum PLC (Nigeria), the United Nations (New York), the International Labor Organization (Geneva), and the University of Hull (England).
