Professor Beltle is an Adjunct Instructor in the LifeFlex program at Eastern University. She came to Eastern University after living in Skopje, Macedonia for two years, then working in refugee resettlement in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with CWS Immigration and Refugee Services.

Professor Beltle is an adjunct, as well, for St. Joseph’s University where she teaches in the sociology department. Her interests and training are both in cross-cultural engagement, immigrant services, community engagement, adoption and foster care, and the local church.
