Bridget Bernhardt, MBA, SPHR, serves as Corporate Director of Learning and Development with Acts Retirement-Life Communities. She has been a member of the Acts team since 2012.  Prior to her current role, she cultivated workforce development leadership growth through her experience as a Human Resources Director, Partnered Staffing Manager, Senior Recruiter, and Hiring Supervisor involved in all areas of Human Resource management.  She earned a B.S.Ed. in Elementary Education and B.S.Ed. in Special Education at Millersville University, an MBA in Health Care Administration through Eastern University, and has earned her Senior Professional of Human Resources credential through the Human Resources Certification Institute.
