Hyoeun “Eunice” Jeon is a collaborative pianist, educator, worship scholar, author, and composer with more than twenty years of experience in music performance, teaching, and ministry. At Eastern University, she teaches piano and Christian worship and serves as a department accompanist, working with student vocalists, instrumentalists, and university ensembles.

Jeon earned a Doctor of Worship Studies from Liberty University. Her doctoral research, “Harmonizing Faith Across Generations: The Spiritual Resonance of Modernizing Traditional Worship Lyrics,” explores the relationship between traditional hymnody and intergenerational worship. She also holds a Master of Divinity from Palmer Theological Seminary and a bachelor’s degree in Church Music and Piano from Eastern University.

She is the author of Divine Rhythm: A Journey Through Suffering, Humility, Obedience, and Blessing, a collection of poetry, Scripture, prayer, and reflection. Her musical works include Shine, Blessed to Begin, Bound No More, and an original setting of the hymn My Lord Has Garments So Wondrous Fine. Her professional background also includes teaching piano and liturgical music at Cabrini University and serving as a church music minister.
