Dr. Adeogun has over 20 years of higher education expertise, learning solutions and training experience from multiple types of colleges, universities, and clients serving in various roles. Those roles include her previous positions as Associate Vice-President of Educational Delivery, Program Director, Department Chair, Dean, Institutional Effectiveness Director, Compliance Director, AQIP Reviewer & Systems Administrator, LMS Portal Coordinator, and various types of full-time and adjunct teaching assignments across the private, nonprofit, for-profit, and Christian institutions of higher learning. She is also a business owner of 18 years in the higher education space.  Her consulting clients have included: Kenner University, The American College of Financial Services (TAC), South University Online (SUO), Capital Risk Inc., Herzing College and Robin Thorne & Associates, LLC.

Prior to her higher education career, Dr. Adeogun held positions as an Executive Trainer for Executive Adventure, HR Director for The Federated Department Stores, Technology Supervisor for Sterling Software and Manager at KnowledgeWare.
