

With more than 25 years of experience in higher education, Missy Bryant is a passionate advocate for student success and holistic development.
Most recently, Missy served as Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students at Ursinus College, where she provided strategic leadership for student affairs, spearheaded initiatives to enhance student success and retention, and played a key role in advancing institutional priorities. She also served as Interim Vice President for Enrollment Management, successfully overseeing recruitment strategies and enrollment operations. Throughout her career, Bryant has been known for her collaborative, student-centered leadership, aligning closely with Eastern’s mission of Faith, Reason, and Justice.
As Vice President for Student Development, Missy oversees a broad portfolio dedicated to fostering an inclusive and engaging campus environment, ensuring that students thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.
Originally from Adams County, Pennsylvania, Missy lives in Trappe, PA, with her husband, Jason and son, Owen. She holds a Master of Arts in History from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Susquehanna University. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places with her family, engaging in community initiatives, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
