Eliza Yost is dedicated to higher education administration by ensuring streamlined processes and thoughtful communication. Prior to Eastern University, she was an Administrative Assistant at Delaware County Community College. In this role, Eliza found a deep enjoyment in connecting with and serving the students, faculty, and staff, as well as gained experience with schedule management, providing high quality and kind customer service, and coordinating several projects.

Before discovering her niche in and love of working in higher education, Eliza held careers in the healthcare field, as both a Veterinary Technician and Occupational Therapy Assistant. She holds two Associate in Applied Science Degrees and is set to graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science with a certificate in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership in May 2025 from Wilmington University. In her free time, Eliza can be found hiking with her husband, gardening, caring for her two cats and three lizards, and spending time with family and friends.
