The Eastern University Community may use this form to request equipment they desire to have sent to their classroom, or conference room. All fields starting with * must be filled out, or the form will not be accepted.
It is best to use this form a minimum of 48 hours before the time equipment is to be delivered to allow for processing, otherwise the equipment requested may not be delivered.
Semester Hours
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 10:00 PM
On Wednesdays we will be closed from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM for Chapel.
Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Closed: Saturday and Sunday
