Marlana Sattazahn
Marlana is a career public servant with over 30 years of experience managing and executing a broad range of complex actions as a county and state government professional and leader. She is adept at planning, directing, and organizing solutions for a wide array of interdisciplinary Commonwealth-wide initiatives and programs. Marlana is experienced with grants, procurement, project management, Lean principles, human resources, labor relations and legislative analysis. She has exceptional verbal and written communication, leadership, and facilitation skills at the executive staff level. Marlana earned a B.S. in Professional Studies with a focus in Technical Leadership and Administration through Shippensburg University and an MBA in Organizational Management through Eastern University. She is the first in her family to have a four-year college degree and never thought it would have been possible to have an MBA. Eastern’s MBA program structure and personal commitment made it possible to finish the program in 10 months while working full-time.
