Eastern University's Theatre Department is proud to present a compelling original drama by Amari Dickerson (class of '25), Life in Death, and an introspective new musical by Richie Izzo (class of '25), The Inside Out. This unique, double-billed Philadelphia Fringe Festival offering will take place on Eastern's St. Davids campus and aims to capture the psychological and emotional components of everyday human existence.
Both compositions examine the path of mental exhaustion from social obligations and expectations. Life in Death infiltrates the life of a youth who is constantly grieving and disoriented by death, until death gives his life meaning. The Inside Out explores the daily difficulties with mental health and depression. The goal of this event is to highlight the personal difficulties and lives that we tend to overlook.
Don't miss this unforgettable evening of storytelling and music!
