Fee Information:
The Student Services Fee, assessed each term of enrollment, supports complimentary services to students, subsidizes or eliminates admissions fees to events and trips and provides upgrades to common areas. The fee acts to enhance programming and services related to academic support, psychological and social well-being, cultural activities and other programs and services as appropriate to the student population in the school.
Students are expected to pay their account balances by the due date listed on the bill. If payment is not received the student is subject to a late payment fee. Students who register after the bill due date OR incur additional charges such as bookstore purchases, health center charges, or parking permits, are expected to make immediate payment in order to prevent a late payment fee.
A Monthly Service Charge of 1.5% will be added to all accounts that become delinquent. In addition, the Monthly Service Charge is added to all delinquent accounts that are carrying past due balances.
A student is not allowed to begin a new term or semester until any account balance is paid or satisfactory arrangements are made with the Student Accounts Office.
In the event of a past due balance, diplomas will not be issued, enrollment for subsequent terms will not be allowed, transcripts of college credits will not be released, and ANY documentation to verify attendance, graduation, GPA, credits, etc. will not be provided until the balance is paid in full.

All students receiving a degree from Eastern University are assessed the graduation fee. The graduation fee covers the collective costs for professional services, diploma printing, postage and life-long degree confirmation service for graduated students, not just costs related to commencement activities.
The residential student program fee, also known as the Resident Hall Fee, is used to provide campus residents with access to dorm activities, programming, and community development initiatives.
