EU Ranked 11th Largest University in the Philadelphia Area by Philadelphia Business Journal

St. Davids, PA:  Eastern University is honored to be ranked 11th on a list by the Philadelphia Business Journal of the Largest Four-Year Colleges & Universities in the Philadelphia Area. The list ranks colleges and universities based on total enrollment for the Fall 2023 semester. 

Eastern’s enrollment more than doubled between Fall 2019 and Fall 2023, and has continued the upward trajectory again into the Fall 2024 semester, with over 7,700 students currently enrolled in classes.

The exciting growth comes as Eastern is gearing up to celebrate its Centennial Year. The nearly 100-year old university is also undergoing several expansion projects and upgrading its facilities to support its growing student population.
